These Terms and Conditions govern your use of this website and your purchase of services from Clearly Hearing Ltd. Please read them carefully before booking or using our services.

By accessing our website or booking a service, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree, please do not use our website or services.
2. Our services
Clearly Hearing Ltd provides specialist private audiology services including but not limited to:
- Hearing assessments for adults and children
- Auditory processing disorder (APD) assessment and therapy
- Ear wax removal (microsuction, irrigation and aural toilet)
- Hearing aid fitting, repair and reprogramming
- Tinnitus therapy and management
- Vestibular assessment and rehabilitation
- Medico-legal audiometry
- Paediatric audiology
- Online telehealth consultations
All clinical services are provided by or under the supervision of HCPC-registered audiologists. We reserve the right to modify, suspend or withdraw any service at any time without notice.
3. Booking appointments
Appointments may be booked online via our website, by telephone, or by email. A booking is confirmed once you receive a written confirmation from us (by email or SMS).
We reserve the right to decline or cancel a booking at our discretion. In the event we cancel your appointment, we will notify you as soon as reasonably practicable and offer an alternative appointment or a full refund of any booking fee paid.
4. Booking fees and payment
A non-refundable booking fee is required at the time of booking to secure your appointment. The booking fee amount will be confirmed at the point of booking and will be deducted from your total appointment fee. The remaining balance is due on the day of your appointment.
We accept payment by credit card, debit card and bank transfer. All prices are quoted in pounds sterling (GBP) and include VAT where applicable.
Clearly Hearing Ltd reserves the right to change its pricing at any time. Any price change will not affect a booking that has already been confirmed.
5. Cancellation and rescheduling
If you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment, please notify us as soon as possible by telephone or email.
- Cancellations made with more than 48 hours’ notice: your booking fee will be transferred to a rescheduled appointment, or forfeited if no rescheduled appointment is made.
- Cancellations made with less than 48 hours’ notice: your booking fee is forfeited. The full appointment fee may be charged at our discretion.
- No-shows (failure to attend without notice): the full appointment fee will be charged.
We understand that emergencies arise. Cancellations due to a documented medical emergency will be considered on a case-by-case basis.
Clearly Hearing Ltd reserves the right to reschedule an appointment in exceptional circumstances. We will give you as much notice as possible and will not charge you for any rescheduling initiated by us.
6. Health information and your responsibilities
To receive clinical services from Clearly Hearing Ltd, you are required to provide accurate and complete health information. Withholding or providing inaccurate information may affect the quality of care you receive and may result in us being unable to provide services safely.
You agree to inform us of any changes to your health, medication or circumstances that may be relevant to your care before your appointment.
Clearly Hearing Ltd is not responsible for any adverse outcomes arising from information that was withheld, incomplete or inaccurate.
7. Telehealth and remote services
Where services are provided remotely (by video or telephone), it is your responsibility to ensure you have a suitable internet connection, device and private environment. Clearly Hearing Ltd is not responsible for service interruptions caused by your internet connection or device.
Remote consultations are subject to clinical limitations. We may determine that an in-person appointment is necessary following a remote consultation, and we will advise you accordingly.
8. Limitation of liability
Clearly Hearing Ltd provides services with reasonable care and skill in accordance with professional standards. Nothing in these Terms and Conditions limits our liability for death or personal injury caused by our negligence, fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation, or any other liability that cannot be excluded or limited by English law.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Clearly Hearing Ltd shall not be liable for:
- Any indirect, consequential or economic loss arising from the use of our services or website
- Any loss or damage arising from your failure to follow clinical advice or post-appointment guidance
- Any interruption to or unavailability of our website or booking system
Our total liability to you in connection with any one claim shall not exceed the total amount paid by you for the relevant service.
9. Use of our website
The content on this website is provided for general information only and does not constitute clinical or medical advice. You should not rely on it as a substitute for professional audiological assessment.
You may not copy, reproduce, distribute or create derivative works from any content on this website without our prior written permission. All content is the intellectual property of Clearly Hearing Ltd unless otherwise stated.
We make reasonable efforts to keep the website accurate and up to date but do not guarantee that it is free from errors or omissions.
10. Privacy and data protection
Clearly Hearing Ltd is committed to protecting your personal and health data. We collect and process personal data in accordance with the UK General Data Protection Regulation (UK GDPR) and the Data Protection Act 2018.

These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes arising from these Terms and Conditions or your use of our services shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
13. Changes to these Terms and Conditions
Clearly Hearing Ltd reserves the right to update these Terms and Conditions at any time. The date of the most recent revision is shown at the top of this page. Continued use of our website or services after any changes constitutes your acceptance of the updated Terms and Conditions.
